We are looking for independent cleaners to help with our project load which will potentially spike in the next 2-3 weeks.

What You Need to Get Started
To work with us, you must:
✔️ Agree to work as an independent contractor (1099 status).
✔️ Carry your own liability insurance as a contractor (insurance often does not exceed $22.50/mo and we have seen the best experiences with Hiscox and Next Insurance. This also takes less than 10 minutes to obtain online).
✔️ Have your own cleaning equipment (as an independent contrcator, you would need to have the equipment you need or be willing to obtain it).
✔️ Be reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in post-construction cleaning.
How Pay Works
We believe in fair compensation. As an independent contractor, you’ll know what you'll be making per job along with the scope of the work needed before you accept the project. Defined Detail handles the client relations, marketing, and scheduling.
This means the more you clean, the more you earn! It's a simple structure, the more projects you accept, the more you make, the more available you are and the better you do a job, the more jobs you're offered.
